If you are a fan of “America’s Got Talent” from way back, you may recall a talented young lady with a brilliant operatic voice at only 10 years old. And you may recall this little girl finishing as the runner-up in that completion in 2010. If not, let me introduce you to Jackie Enavcho.

While Evancho has done some incredible things, much of her success has come quietly. To date, she has released 8 studio albums. Twice Evancho has been on Billboard Magazine’s list of  “21 Under 21: Music’s Hottest Minors” and she was named to Forbes Magazine’s “30 Under 30: list for musicians. A total of 6 of her albums have reached Number 1 on Billboard’s Classical Charts and she holds the record for being the youngest solo artist to go platinum.

While it may be a big statement, her vocals seem to feel like something of generational talent, something you will only find a handful of times in a lifetime. While it may sound like I’m blowing smoke here, this would put her on par with pure, classic singers like Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand for example.

Her newest venture is “Carousel Of Time,” an album available for preorder on her website jackieevancho.com and Amazon. This recording will feature her crossover-pop cover of “Both Sides Now” by the legendary Joni Mitchell. You can see the video on her official YouTube channel
