Holidays are Many.

The holidays are a time of joy and family and giving, regardless of the celebrations. nine out of ten Americans celebrate Christmas in 2013. In America, 75% of the population believes in the virgin birth of Jesus. Only half see Christmas as a religious holiday while 1/3 views it as a cultural holiday instead.

In fictional, and not so fictional stereotypes, journalists struggle against censorship throughout the world; the blacked-out documents, silent informants, and gag ordered witnesses. Though, it is no longer constricted to paper or words at all but includes much more. The internet has become the dominant form of media and brings new dynamics to both. Censorship is a way to limit the power, choice, and education of the public ideally for the general good of the public. Internet censorship provides a kind of security, morality and objectivity. Though, freedom of expression promotes individualism, creativity, and constructive criticism. Instead of risking the craft, limited internet censorship can actually improve journalism and it’s attempts to bring information to the people.

Galaxy of Covers; Showing the Data of Covers

Using creative and innovative visuals, the data appears as a solar system with the covers orbiting around the Sun, or the original song in this case. This is a beautiful example of data visualization. This view shows each version of the song with the appearance of the ‘planet’ or cover song correlating to it’s characteristics. Shown by size, spead, diameter, and shape, they are able to represent popularity, tempo, valence, energy, and speechiness of each song. 

Featuring Marc Van Der Meulen; Composer of Dark and Scary Music

Beyond cover music, he also creates original music for the macabre. Providing music for horror productions, video games, films and events School projects, local radio shows, Book trailers, D&D recordings and the like. He releases tracks through Ghost Stories Incorporated with royalty free music with the option for a custom-made complete soundtrack made by yours truly.

Memento Mori Unus Annus; Remembering the Legend

For those of you that don’t know, you unfortunately never will. Unus Annus is a project started by Mark Edward Fischbach (Markiplier) and Ethan (CrankGameplays) with the sole purpose of deleting it once it was over. It’s over now as of November 13th, 2020.
