Current research from the Canadian Council of the arts, and Orchestra Canada shows an increase in revenue and attendance for orchestra performances between 2018 and 2019. In may of 2020 was the first survey that found that over half of Canadians are concerned about returning to live music venues and wouldn't be comfortable until 6 months or more had passed.
